He has. It was a sedated start and given his reputation to eat away at deliveries you can understand why us Pakistani fans would be so worried when he came out to bat after such a good start. He has proven most of us (including me wrong) by upping his strike rate drastically.
He's played some fantastic shots.

Screw Malik and Hafeez
There are 3 ways Hafeez plays
1. come out, look good, time the ball well, soft dismissal
2. look completely out of touch from ball one
3. good start, followed by fantastic shots

2 times out of 3 he doesn’t come good, but when he does, boy is it a pleasure to watch

Ifti had trouble timing the ball.
Ifti chacha (uncle) doesn't have a long future. His fielding is poor. Batting is ok-ish. Also, the Australia innings that you're talking about, there he was dropped thrice. Added to that, the boundaries were quite short. Hafeez, Malik, Imad Wasim, Shadab etc are pretty much the same players as him. Pakistan can't afford playing 5 players of the same type in an XI.

Btw, if he is 29-years-old, then I'm 4.[DOUBLEPOST=1598800153][/DOUBLEPOST]
Poor finish by Pakistan at the end, should have got over 200 easily.
Great batting from Babar and Hafeez but Iftikhar wasted those 8 balls he faced, should have had Shadab Khan in there instead of Iftikhar.
Poor would be a little strong of a word to be used. It was decent, at worst.

I'd have sent Shadab instead of Malik and Imad Wasim instead of Iftikhar.

Saeed Ajmal, a 42-year-old retired player, yesterday said that his elder brother used to play with Iftikhar. :clap:clap
ahaha yeah when I saw his age I knew it wasn't right.:lol

Pakistan needs to let these youngsters play, don't know what Misbah is Thinking.
I want to see Naseem Shah, Haider Ali, Shadab Khan etc played a lot more.[DOUBLEPOST=1598800627][/DOUBLEPOST]
Maybe he got his birth certificate from the same place as Shahid Afridi.
Afridi looks a lot younger than him
