All 40/45/50 over (List A) country based leagues are normally eligible. So yes, as long as it's the right format of the game.

I was asking The Author because of what he posted. You can put your name down to run it if you want to though, and if more than one person wants to run it me and whoever else will decide who gets to based on previous experience etc.
