No offence,he's world class but it's the rating I'm worried about because when I was a part of W/CPL,James Franklin used to open the bowling for us even though we had better bowlers like Lee IIRC.

I dont see why its a major problem that a person cannot manage two teams. Ok surely you dont want two-three managers competing in the CL, but It would be weird for example Nottingham to win the CL with a new Haarithan incharge
