The Starters
1. Stuart Cullington - PG/PG - Hailing from England, this guy's style of play is inspired by the Suns' star point guard, Steve Nash. He has been a Steve Nash fan since he was 10. His young age, 19, is reflected in his ability and agility to pass the ball, runs gracious plays and make shots, especially the 3-pointer. The team will heavily rely on his fitness and services to stay in the NBA league.
2. Brendon Hedger - SG/PG - Just like his fellow player Madhur Verma, this shooting guard's hometown is Australia and he has landed in the NBA, for a reason that almost everyone does - to earn a global recognition for his elegant shooting skills. He's an aggressive scoring player, and can make close shots, beyond-the-arc ones, layups and dunks without much difficulty. He's surely going to give Vince Carter a competition!
3. Madhur Verma - SF/PF - He is the Lebron James of the team, in terms of his play - besides that he's got a very 'non-vertical' jump shot - although unlike James, he is full of humility and modesty, making him his exact opposite outside the court, and evinces a very professional attitude. It's the court where he boasts his true skills, and leaves his opponents dazed with his monster dunks. Besides his inside game, he possesses brilliant ball handling skills and poke the ball loose on an occasion or two from his matchup. It would be interesting to see whether this guy goes on to be a star - or sinks.
4. Ollie Holden - PF/C - A big englishman, this power forward provides the much needed all-round strength to the team. 25 years of age, the oldest in the team, he can be of utility in making shots anywhere inside the D, or rebounding the ball off the glass, making him a well-rounded player. His laid-back personality only helps it further for him, and the team. Will he be able to scale the heights of popularity like Pau Gasol, Tim Duncan and Amare Stoudamire? Watch out for him!
5. Aaron Raven - C/PF - At 7 feet 1 inches, this Center from Slovenia stands tall amidst the other team members. He's got an athletic style of play, and dons his favourite #91 jersey in the court. Opponent shooters tend to fear having him around them, for his gigantic size allows him to block shots with no sweat, and rebound - both offensively and defensively. Have him too near to the basket, and in infinitesimal time he'd be dunking the ball into the basket. No need to mention, he is the Dwight Howard of the team.
