The PC Members Transfer period has officially been declared open!

Same rules as last season - both owners have to message either me or Simbo with the following information:

Team from
Team to
vCash involved

In order for the transfer to be confirmed.

The transfer window is open till Midnight GMT Thursday the 17th. Use this thread to negotiate deals and to discuss the transfers. No transfer is confirmed until either Simbo or I get a PM from owners of both teams involved confirming it is.
