i have installed photoshop
on firefox and opened it it comes up with 3 files
that say
adobe photoshop elements
overwiew
and product highlights what do i do

You do realize photoshop is about ?450, unless you do serious photoediting for a job I suspect you would be better of buying photoshop elements, its around the ?50 mark and easily good enough for most peoples needs.

what features of CS2 are missing in Photoshop elements? Even the student version of Photoshop CS2 is $300 which is damn costly!

well quite a lot is different, but you can do most things with elements it just takes slightly longer for the more complex operations.
