For those of you in the dark, Planetcricket FC is a fantasy team made by myself in Football Manager 2006. The players on the team are created by forum members and then I play the matches in Football Manager and post results, stats, etc... Back here.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The whole thing is fairly confusing, so I will try to explain a few things before I supply the form:
The team will be starting in the EPL. I will be overwriting Sunderland.
I am hoping to get at least 32 registrations. The absolute minimum is 24, which is enough to field a first and second team with a back-up keeper.
I am putting restrictions on how many players can play in certain positions. I have a list of positions which I use in my formations, and no other positions will be available until they are filled up (they cover nearly all positions anyway) and also I need a few to cover for injuries. They are:
4 STR
3 LM/LAM
3 RM/RAM
4 CM/CAM
4 CM/DCM
3 DR/WBR
3 DL/WBL
4 CB
4 GK
You will be able to choose another couple of positions on top of those for your player but they will not be as comfortable in them.
The other new thing I am introducing is player types. There will be 7:
Veteran (36-42), Experienced Player (30-35), Established Player (27-31), Rotational Player (24-28), Backup Player (21-25), Hot Prospect (18-22), Youngster (16-19).
The ages for those types of players are in brackets. If you choose that type of player then they will have to be aged in that age bracket. A younger player will have higher potential; an older player will have higher current ability. An older player is also more likely to have better attributes.
For the fields you are required to fill in, instead of having good, medium, bad, etc... There will be points you have to allocate to the areas. The amount of points you get depends on the type of player you choose. For example a Veteran gets 192 technical points and 194 non-technical points but only 75 physical stats where as back-up player gets only 132 technical points and 148 non-technical, but they get 108 physical points.
There are restrictions on the player types also. This is to balance the team structure.
3 Veterans
3 Experienced Players
6 Established Players
4 Rotational Players
4 Back-Up Players
4 Hot Prospects
8 Youngsters
Just like the positions, if we get more people signing up I will open it up to whatever. It is also good to remember that a player called 'back-up' wont necessarily get any less game time, it is just suppose to be a way to distinguish from different types.
Ok now to the proper form.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Fields with a * next to them are not compulsory.
Here are the age brackets for the types of players:
Veteran (36-42)
Experienced Player (30-35)
Established Player (27-31)
Rotational Player (24-28)
Back-up Player (21-25)
Hot Prospect (18-22)
Youngster (16-19)
Here are the point?s allocations for each type of player:
Veteran: 192 Technical/Keeping, 184 Non-Technical, 75 Physical
Experienced Player: 160 Technical/Keeping, 168 Non-Technical, 90 Physical
Established Player: 144 Technical/Keeping, 150 Non-Technical, 108 Physical
Rotational Player: 139 Technical/Keeping, 148 Non-Technical, 108 Physical
Back-up Player: 132 Technical/Keeping, 138 Non-Technical, 108 Physical
Hot Prospect: 126 Technical/Keeping, 130 Non-Technical, 111 Physical
Youngster: 126 Technical/Keeping, 122 Non-Technical, 95 Physical
If your first position is GK then don't fill in the Technical section, fill in the Keeping section instead, and vice-versa for outfield players.
Attributes have a minimum of 1 and maximum of 20. An attribute must have at least 1 point in it, it cannot be left as 0 and it cannot have a number higher than 20.

Training Schedule
-----------------------
?There are 9 levels of training intensity and you need to allocate an intensity to each of the training areas, the intensities are: None, Very Low, Low, Low-Medium, Medium, Medium-High, High, Very High & Intense.
Keep in mind that a player with low natural fitness and/or stamina won?t be able to handle a high workload. Even a fit player with a high workload may become fatigued and possibly injured if he trains hard. So suit the training to your player.
Here is an example of a schedule with a very high workload:
Strength: High
Aerobic: Medium
Goalkeeping: None
Tactics: Medium
Ball Control: Very High
Defending: Intense
Attacking: Low-Medium
Shooting: Low
Set Pieces: Low-Medium
The higher the intensity of training the more likely those stats will increase, but also the more likely players will fatigue and get injuries. Also be aware not to neglect some areas of training. For example, if a defender puts 'none' for attacking then stats like shooting, composure, etc.. Will all fall.
The schedules have an overall workload limit though. You can't just put everything on intense. For example, the example above has a very high workload. If you create a schedules which goes over the limit I will just reduce everything slightly until it is ok.?
