Please Help!!!!!! The game hangs after the toss

Hi all...
i got the game a couple of days back. I have WIndows Me .After installing the game when i run it the game just hangs after the toss is over.
i get the sound for the introduction part but after that there is no sound. i read i could be solved by switching off the sound in the settings. i tried it. it does not work..
please help.....

I had the same problem. Check www.brianlara.com and the faq tells all.

Oh yeah, don't anyone buy Windows XP coz you won't be able to play Brian Lara. I have to play it on my laptop.

i tried what they have said in the site it doesn't work.
can anyone give me link to download the latest driver for Crystal WDM.

and the game works if i choose a classic match. but it does not work for the other options..
any thoughts would be very helpful

hi i have the same problem as well i aam also using win Me............i have a simple but effective idea..............after the intrduction press the arrow key , then u will hear -byyaaaaaammmm byaaaaaaam- sound at the same time press enter u will get the sound to work and u can play the game and it won't hang up when they toss.....................u see or try changing the sound drivers from this site www.windrivers.com
