its vga card problem, u need 64 mb card max req, and 32 mb card minimun requirement.... i had same prob. i have p4 meeting all requiremendts but vga...so i m playing it on ps2
Its Vga Problem 100000% No Other Problem, Try Updating Ur Vga Card According To Requirements Given In Readme File Of Game, There U Can Find Vga Cards Supported N Min N Max Requireds..

32 MB video card is Minimum Requirment... so game should run fine on 32 MB Video card.. ?????????
The problem is that Cricket 2005 was built for directx9c

And if it still doesnt help then you need to buy a slightly better card like Radeon 9600XT which are cheap, or NVIDIA 5600 I wouldnt buy anything under this card.
