Asia cup will be plays as ODI 50/50 so I assumes Qualifier also 50/50.

Nothing, they look promising. They'll get a ton of experience by playing against India and Pakistan. Also, only Nepal and UAE out of these teams have a ODI status for these matches to be counted as ODI.
