Question about kits/hats

New here and pretty new to cricket gaming. Playing on xbox one. And for what's it's worth, I searched for an answer to this but got nowhere.

Playing in career mode, just got selected for the redbacks. I've noticed all the state teams are wearing their one day baseball style caps in shield games. Is there some way to change the hats to their baggy ones? I've downloaded all the updated teams thru the academy.

I’ve never played career, but it’s worth checking those teams’ uniforms in the academy and updating it if necessary.

I don’t know if it would take effect in an in-progress career
