Somalia is a cheif export of sugar, charcoal, fish, corn. They do give us everyday necessities that we generally tend to take for granted.

I'm not, but nice to know how you feel about my fellow countrymen. Could say that if you were able to produce skilled workers who could do their jobs, maybe you wouldn't need to rely on us for doing their jobs for them. But I won't.

Look "mate" i am a builder myself with a very good reputation, i have had many polish labourers and so called tradesmen working on firms ive worked for and all i can say is they are absolutely terrible, there work is of some of the worst ive seen, The english training is the best in the world for construction, which is why the aussies and canadians cry out for our trades.

Our trades not being up to it has nothing to do with it anyway smart ass, its because you lot work for ?30 a day, alot more than i would pay you lot.

How can an englishman with a family support them on that sort of money?
you poles will rent a 4 bed house or flat here and fill it with 10 of you sc@m bags and then send your money home.

Your the reason our country is finished you have drained it completely and i for one cant wait till you lot p**s off back home.

Say what you like i couldnt care less.

I have seen alot of good blokes lose jobs and their homes due to not being able to get work because of cheap foreign labour, so im more than entitled to be angry about the situation.

Im english and proud and i think only people born in britain or come from english speaking countries should be here, that doesnt make me a racist at all.

What about all those Poles, Czechs etc who died in World War II serving with the RAF to help keep our freedom after their countries had been occupied? Should they have just not bothered? What about the Indian doctor who saves people lives every day at your local hospital because there aren't enough qualified British doctors? Should he bugger off? There are so many example of foreigners benefiting this country and for the small minority who cause problems, to base your whole opinion on them is naive and woefully mis informed. I'm a proud Brit as well, but because I'm proud of my country I also welcome everyone here who wants to contribute to Great Britain

They very well could be. Heck, I hate the job our piss poor snow shoveller does sweeping the snow off the pavements. I wasn't serious when I made that comment, just showing you how your comments come across. Each country has good and bad workers - part of human nature.

Recession's hit everyone hard. We can't even afford to fix some our really broken roads. People do what they need to do to survive, and if they can't find work here, they go somewhere else to look. Nothing wrong with that. If I wasn't in the medical proffession and basically have a guaranteed job, I would probably need to leave my home as well.

Considering you can afford private medicine, don't know why you're complaining. Plus, the UK government does have a benefit system. Wish we could have some of the same assurance here.

Exactly Highlander. Britain is such a great country, and it's beacuse the majority of the people know about social values. Look at all those schemes - benefits for the poor and un-employed, social services for the abused and homeless, free healthcare for all...the list goes on. I know you have problems and such, but you honestly don't know how lucky you are.

I know you have problems and such, but you honestly don't know how lucky you are.

I think certain things need reform, I get fed up watching scum claim benefits just cause they are too lazy to work and I think illegal immigrants should be put on planes/boats and sent back from where they came, and I reckon jail terms should be significantly increased and more jails built. However, that still doesn't change the fact that if you are here to benefit my country you are a friend of me.
