First of all, I'd like to say the format of this.
I'll start off with Happy Potter and the half blood prince.

Ratings should be out of five stars, in the given criteria we have no way but to say something good about the film.

Really doesn't make any sense if you wanna rate a movie out of 100 or 3 stars.
