Rolling back the versions

Apologies if this has been posted before.

Is there any way to go back to version 1.13 or 1.14 on Steam? I would like to try out some of the weakened stats using those versions.

As far as I know Steam doesn't allow you to play with outdated versions. You can roll back from Beta to the main release, but other than that, I'm afraid not.
