Settled Players

I just thought of this, some players settle faster than others it seems and it makes me wonder, are these players generally better or are they worse because I have a youth player who settles really quickly compared to some of my more matured batsman who average quite highly so I was wondering what you guyz think

I think its because they are aggressive and score some runs quickly and get settled faster.

It could also be the type of bowling they like or what pitch they are playing on aswell which can cause the batsman to settle in quicker.
