I checked the website of IPL teams. Delhi and Hyderabad has Big Ant Studios as their sponsors. So I assume its going to be those 2 teams and may be more will join later on

Completely blindsided by that one. Didn’t expect that and I’m surprised they didn’t lead with that one unless they’re saving it for a future, bigger announcement (maybe when the two sides actually win? :spy).

I hope those licenses weren’t too expensive though as I don’t think they’d give them a huge boost in sales unless the game is priced like Cricket 19. Neither side has a big domestic player too with the exception of Pant.

Honestly their best bet to crack the Indian market would be to get the Rajasthan license and make Samson the face of the game. The entirety of Kerala’s gaming community will instantly buy their game.

Indian representation?
My first impression was some sort a licensed Ranji team. But let's see what it is. Could be a stadium too.

Yep, Cricket 22 was insanely costly when compared to Cricket 19. But I guess it will be priced similarly as the last iteration.

In any case, I'm happy that it will be available on Steam as well so there's one more cricket game to look forward to.

Where abouts did you see the Hyderbad sponsors? Not in the usual spot down the bottom of the website?

It’s unlikely I’ll buy this one due to a lack of time and funds but I’ll keep an eye out for it especially if it’s good and cheap/discounted on a sale.

Are the Ranji team licenses with the respective state associations? In that case we could have one of them (it would be weird to label them as T20 sides if so) along with one of those state T20 leagues. I’d also love a retro license that is well designed, that might tip me towards buying given that I’m trying to run a retro IPL at the moment.

Hi, are we getting a steam release for Cricket 24? Did not find it mentioned anywhere in the articles I have read.
