I was reading my world famous web site ( )and i found that stuart law is Applying For Brittish Citizenship. Does this mean he can play for england (Or theoreticlally scotlnd as well)?

Not Scotland.

To be eligible for England he has to play 5 seasons as a domestic player.

The 2004 season will not be one of them as he won't be able to get UK citizenship in time.

So he would become eligible at the end of the 2009 season. Of course he will be 40 by then so he probably never play for England unless the regualtions are changed.

It's basically so he can play for Lancashire as a non-overseas player.

the thing is, he's 35 years old so i doubt he will eva play 4 england
