What sort of teams will there be. I know there will be no licensing for International level but what about British Teams, fL20, IPL etc. ?

You mean the domestic teams? Ross said that there will be unlicensed domestic teams.

you can create (or download) any team or tournament in CA. kits won't be correct but some of the likenesses already created are fantastic.

download it and check it out. it will be in the game so doesn't matter what platform you end up playing it on.
