go look on the BLIC 05 dowload forum there's some tuts and templates

I haven't looked at editing BLIC07 kits, but I think the templates are different. For 05 I just used Test kits as templates though as they were blank, guess the same is so in 07.

I have seen the templates, yeah, take the black (test template) and edit that.

No Guys Ive Done Kits. I Just Need Everything Else Or A Way To Open CDS Files In Photoshop. Any Ideas?

You have to do it as dds. cds is a compressed dds format.

I Extracted A CDS Bat Using Baggi Studio.
I Renamed The File From.CDS To .DDS.
Opened In Photoshop.

Came Up This Error.

Decompress It? If So How?

You can't. You have to make the game read a dds file like in BLIC05. There my knowledge runs out...
