  1. Do you think Dhoni is overrated?
  2. What are your views on my Dhoni-related posts in the Cricket Discussion forum? Do you think they are correct?
  3. Do you think fans have overhyped IPL stars like SKY, Pant, Natarajan, Padikkal after just few good performances in IPL?
1. No I don't think so. What I do know is, he is an good captain and keeper to this date. But his batting has for sure taken a hit for the worse.

2. My view is that the world is divided in two halves in EACH and EVERY discussion and not just in Dhoni's.

The only thing that people should try and do is to be be able to accept other people's opinions and don't try hard to make and prove a point, up to a point that things mess up. One should avoid pressing his opinion and forcing it down the other person's gut.

3. SKY - Has been on the scene since few years. No doubt on his ability. If anything, he should have gotten the Indian Cap much earlier.

Pant - I think he is here to stay and he has proved it with his recent performances.

Natarajan - He must be hyped or not. But what ever chances he has got for Sunrisers as well as for India, he HAS justified it. So I will give him the benefit for doubt.

Padikkal - For him particularly, it's still early days, he will be the one under the radar I guess.

Recency bias is always a thing in sport. This is bound to happen. Only thing that matters is, the players perform. If they do perform, they deserve recognition.

Since the outcome of political conflicts determines the fate of a country and has an impact on each of its citizens' lives, isn’t it irresponsible in a way to detach yourself from politics completely, allowing a minority of people in the country to determine the outcomes?

When I meant that I will detach myself, I didn't mean from my responsibilities.

I WILL go out and cast my vote.

What I will detach from, is taking any stress or strain on my head over these purposely simulated circus and nuisance organised by EACH and EVERY political party just to trap people like us into their planned agenda.

I get you. But don't you think there is more of a responsibility than simply casting your vote? Because your vote alone won't decide things.

In this world everything around you is a responsibility. You have to pick and choose yours wisely. I choose to pick other things over politics. Someone else might choose politics majorly while fading away his responsibilities in other areas.

So you would say you are more interested in shaping your own life rather than trying to shape society a little? Not insinuating that’s a negative thing.

Yes I will focus on shaping my own life. And I reckon if everyone starts doing so, then collectively we will have a better world than right now.

Instead of trying to improve the world, try to improve oneself.
