Just talk about the team formation, or talk about how beastly we are.

Secondly, regarding the trade situation, I will accept a trade only if Matt is being traded for another fast bowler.

Finally, regarding Maney being traded, I would require another left arm batsman and left arm spinner (bowling all-rounder).

Well, Maney wasn't much of a poster to begin with, only a couple here and there, so thats not the problem.

Getting the slow left arm spinner is who can bat a bit

I seriously think that he's the only one who is a bowling-allrounder who is LHB and SLA...

Their averages are quite profitable. And they have done very well in all the practice games..

I expect on an excellent pitch we'll play some all-rounders, and on a poor pitch, 5 pure bowlers

Pure all rounders are generally worse but batting ARs or Bowling Ars are better than pure all rounders.
