Who's been the best umpire so far this year?
Taufel and Rudi delivered some shocking decisions against sri lanka yesterday and Bucknors age is ctching up with his umpiring.
The less i say about Doctrove the better.
Asad Rauf is consistent but sometimes gives some shocking decisions.

Aleem Dar has had a good world cup so far and was also the best umpire in the Ashes series

I'm gonna go with Aleem Dar to get umpire of the year at the end of this year

The forgotten men of cricket i think taufel is the best everyone is allowed a mulligan he is the most consistant and i really find it a shame he never gets to umpire in the big matches because of a silly rule that the ICC have in place

Billy Bowden fever has really calmed down all of a sudden

Bucknor is a class umpire regardless of his age and Taufel has proven how good he is.

It's a shame I don't get to see much of Taufel as an Australian, because everything I hear about him is good - a rarity for a cricket umpire.

Taufel is the best for me. I haven't seen him umpire since the CBS though.

Oh man i dnt wnt rudi. He had a shocker in the semi. Cnt Dar either coz he was in the semi with bucknor. I hope its Bucknor and maybe bowden or mark benson

Well right now Taufel is definitely the best in the world, I like Koertzen's slow raising of his finger in tight ones, and who doesn't love Bowden (although I really think he's a poor umpire, he makes some bad decisions), but my favourite remains Darrell Hair. I stick by the legend.
