I recently bought this game. I loved this :D but its quite hard some times. any strategies for this.

Your opinion on this game.

stick to the shadows and be silent always...

only played the demo version, the mission on the train in Nice, France. best of luck in that one... took me a while to figure out a way...

Ya its quite hard. It took me 4 days to find how to control the movement speed

Its my favorite game in the series and I have played it several times on all difficulties. Last time I played the whole thing on the hardest mode and had 100% stealth rating on every mission bar the bath house one.

As far as strategy goes, stick to the shadows as much as possible, always choose Stealth before starting a mission so you get the maximum amount of sticky shockers and sticky cameras, close all doors and hide all the bodies (cannot stress this part enough). Crawling through vents will make many side missions much much easier so always look for those. Timing is everything! Use your secondary on your pistol often to temporarily disable lights and cameras or other electronic equipment.

Save often!

If you need any help in any of the missions, I'm your man. Just post in this thread and I will respond.

P.S: Just posting in this thread is making me want to play it again.

The train mission was quite easy once I figured out that I had to climb out of the train. In any case, that was on Pandora Tomorrow, not Chaos Theory.

This is off-topic sort of, but I just started playing Double Agent on pc, I'm using keyboard and mouse which is all good, but when your creeping is there a way to creep slowly instead of just jogging because that makes noise.

Thanks.

Have only ever played Double Agent on 360, but if the Pandora Tomorrow and Chaos Theory controls are anything to go by, you should be able to adjust how fast you want him to walk by rolling the mouse wheel.

Apparently they have the same missions, but i just couldnt finish the last one

EDIT: just checked the walkthrough and noticed that it contains a lot of differences.

What was the last mission on CT on Ngage? Was it where you go to get the ISDF chief or the bath house mission?

I m currently stuck in Mission 3 (Panama Bank). There are lost of cams here.

BTW anyone knows any cheats :D I don't post here and I will tell :p

I dont remember but I think it is the ISDF chief, name of Otoman or something...

Quick question. how can one control movement speed if his mouse doesn't have mouse wheel?

try checking in the controls option?

sam had the same speed in the Ngage version...

I don't know of any cheats for this version. They were readily available for the first two but not this one.

Anyway, the Panama bank mission is probably one of the best on the game due to the simplicity and how you can get through it without knocking anyone out. :)

Its actually quite easy to sneak past the cameras. I don't ever enter the bank through the front entrance, instead just trip the power breaker on the left side of the entrance, this will distract the guards and you will be able to sneak through to the other side where there is only one camera that you can disable with your pistol's secondary weapon and then run to the ladder leading to the rooftop.

Is there a specific part where you are stuck? I've noticed many people struggling planting the fake emails and hacking. Just remember that you can hack through almost anything with Sam's binoculars (I forget what they are called). You just need a good hiding spot to do it.

Well, thanks to this thread I just started playing the bank mission again. I just realized there is actually a way to turn off all the cameras in the bank. Its upstairs by the President's office.

Save the file after editing.

For e.g I am using F2 = Invisible 1 so when I press F2 while playing the game I become Invisible*

* Invisibility doesn't work on cameras and lasers. and make sure you doesn't touch a soldier or he will start shooting. In this case just walk away and let his waste his ammo. :p
