Hey all, just thought i`d compile everything I do this season to this thread. I`ve got my first pre-season training session ( will probably be in the nets)this weekend, so that`ll be the first update.

Heres some stuff about me, including some stats from last year.

Batting-

-Right-Hand Bat
-Opening Batsman
-Aggresive batsman
-Average 41.34 last season

Bowling-

-Left arm Medium part-timer
-I bowl cutters, pretty much my best ball.
- Cant remember my exact wickets taken but i took something like 6-7.

August 27th- Casual Net Session​

Wasnt my actual training session, just had a 1-2 hour net session with a friend who bowls. Batted reasonably well, considering i`m just getting into the cricket season after the footy season. I batted quite defensively, just to get my touch back. Had the occasional slog for fun but thats about it. Then had a bowl for 5 overs, embarassing first ball, started with spin, tried to go with alot of flight....went over the net. Other than that, i started bowling my usual Left Arm Medium ( Right-handed but i bowl left) and wasnt too bad. I`d give the session a 7/10. Got my first pre-season cricket practice this Sunday, so stay tuned.

Had a practice match today, U18s v U16s, had an alright match i think. We loss the toss and had to field first, took a catch at mid-off and a chance at mid-wicket, and had a 3-over spell. In my 2nd, I bowled my usual medium pace, It`s gull and hits the seam upright and cuts back into the batsman, he tried going over the top and hits it high in the air, mid-on catches it and a wicket for me. After my spell my stats were like this 3-0-14-2. I opened the batting as usual..worse start ever. I was facing up first, ball hits my pads, going down leg so not out. 2nd ball, going down leg again, tried to glance it, hits the pads again, not out. 3rd ball, hit edge of my bat and onto my pads. Not out again. I was so damn pissed off, i was getting more marks on my pads than on my bat! But i went alright after that, hitting a 4 through mid-wicket at the last ball of the over. Got clean bowled by a yorker in the 13th over for 31. Not a bad day. I`ll give it a 7 out of 10.

Just tried jamming by bat down, but wasnt quick enough, went through my defence by sheer pace.

Not a bad day at all. I enjoy reading these, but I don't think I'm going to make one considering it's my first year of club cricket and I don't want to embarrass myself too much:P

Lol, I havent updated this in yonks! I`ve had like 2 matches since the last update
