I'm trying to make a TV Graphics (with Paint) but I'm having problem with the menus. they comes with a background not out transparent .bmp

Plz tell me which software u use to crate a Menu?

lol.. i wouldnt recommend you to make a TV overlay with microsoft paint
the best softwares for photo editing are Adobe Photoshop and Paintshop Pro !

also bmps dont support transparency. although one way is to make a alpha channel but i dont think its possible in paint
