As for as now I dont think there is one, u can ask some of experts here mate like Ste, Indiancricketer and many others who have been doing ti before i had joined.

Making one from scratch is very hard, editing one is fairly simple, but making it good is again hard

Well making one is really hard and i guess the best person is voldemort and Ste... for me to tell you is gonna be hard to explain... i learned to make my form voldemort and ste also helped me too.. those are to great experts for you to ask
