TV Series General Discussion

Watched Mr McMahon series on Netflix. A lot of it was covering ground that's already been covered in other documentaries (Raw v Nitro, Hulkamania, Montreal Screwjob). The family stuff was quite interesting but also very slim. Interesting for wrestling fans, not sure how much someone who isn't a fan (or has zero interest in pro wrestling) would enjoy.
As someone who's studied wrestling history there was no new information for me.

Maybe someone who's a newer fan or hasn't watched any wrestling stuff it might be interesting for them

Watched Rings of Power recently. Season 2 was much better compared to the first largely because Charlie Vickers makes for an excellent and convincing Sauron. I still don’t like how it seems to be a show of grand moments interspersed with logical oddities and inconsistency but at the very least I managed to finish this season and look forward to the next which is an improvement over last season’s effort. :D

Following my previous message I am caught up on Silo (very good if a little slow), Severance (very good).

I've also watched all 16 seasons of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. Only about 20-years to catch. I really love it, can't believe it took so long to get into it. Helped me get through some tough weeks.

Love Silo and Severance

I get really daunted with trying to watch It's Always Sunny because there's so much to watch.... I just started the Trailer Park Boys and it's just the best type of humor to help me through some tough days as well... i'll eventually get started on Sunny just need to get my mindset ready

I'd tried once before a few years ago but didn't enjoy it. This time, I got through the first few episodes and by the last episode of the first season and from the second season when Danny De Vito joins the cast, it feels like the find their flow.
