How come Pakistan have more odds than Australia, SA, India, etc inspite of them being defending champions? Funny!

For me, always its INDIA! And I think we have a chance too. Raina, Vijay and Dhoni are coming off a special IPL. Some of the others have had decent runs. We could possibly do it.
