This should be in the general forum as it has nothing to do with cricket 2005.

The little green bars represent reputation points you have which can be checked in your Control panel. You are awarded reputation by other members for helpfull/funny/informative posts. You can also be given bad reputation for posts in the wrong forum or abusive posts towards other members etc.
