Video capture Software

Is there any software except Fraps to capture videos during the game ?I have tried Fraps but sometimes the game freezes and also the video runs slowly.I play FIFA and NBA in LAN with my friends and we get a lot of exiting matches so we have decided to capture the video of the matches . Please tell me a good software to capture the videos .

i tried taksi 5 for FIFA 2005 but it didn't worked . :help

Why use a video capture software? Just take thousands of screen shots half a second apart and view them at very high speeds like cartoons

Well I suggest you to goto www.download.com and the type in the search " Video Capturing." And then you will list of sofware popping up in the page and try some of the software by downloading and have a try to see ift works.
