Video Editing Software

Hi,

I wanted to ask if anyone has some experiance editing handycam videos and authoring dvds. I have recently started digitizing the videos and am looking for a good software with a simple user interface. I have tried Ulead Video Studio 10 and it is good, but I have still not been able to get the best out of it as I have just started using it. Any other ideas and suggestions would be most welcome.

Yeah Sony Vegas 6 is very easy and powerful. I have tried a trial of it.
