West Indies will be touring England for 3 Tests, 1 T20 and 5 ODIs which will span from Aug 1 (starting with the tour matches) to Sep 29.
Looking at how WI are playing over the last few series, the likelihood winner is England, as they are a much stronger team. But WI can always spring a few surprises like this or this, their most recent victory against a super team, meaning they can perhaps compete against top sides. Nevertheless, still a good series for WI youngsters because they can gain some experience.

Super active thread this. If I can just butt into the conversation to say no surprise Crane been left out, presumably wicket under lights will expect to produce a lot of swing
Though agree right to drop him, feel a bit for Jennings as Stoneman has 3 tests against much weaker attack than Jennings did against Saf
Stoneman has good chance of doing well, thus cementing place for Ashes

Cannot wait to see how Hollies stand behaves after night of drinking, though always great atmosphere at Edgbaston except 2 weeks ago when Worcester gave Bears a beating !

Don't think it got cold until November last year but then being from the north you get the chill before us.

If this isn't anything other than a test series whitewash i'll be amazed. As for the selectors it's the same old really isn't it? You play for one of the x clubs you'll always be considered for selection.

Good first session for England, hopefully, Cook can finally get a 100 to his name. I feel with the effect of the new ball over, this might become a little plan sailing for England.

West Indies just let their momentum go away after getting those two wickets. Too many poor balls bowled and looks to me it's going to be quite a while before either batsmen is going to be dismissed.
