I am getting an error when I try to make a replacement. I am trying to replace Ishan Kishan with Rishabh Pant. It says Invalid Replacement.

Probably because Pant is tagged as a WK and you're trying to slot him in as a batsman. Not sure though.

I just looked into your problem and went back to check the player profiles. There I found that Pant was marked as Wk only and not as a batsman. So this is what was causing the problem. I have edited Pant but not too sure if it can work for this series now. And we cannot edit the game now.
You can try replacing him again when the window opens up, he might get swapped if you are lucky then.
