West Indies tour of Pakistan

boy i like the look of Dave Mohammed with the willow, he has an average of 36+ (ok notouts), and he is showing good restraint given that hes a bit of a slogger.

this is really interesting to watch.

will be interesting to see if Inzi gets his bowlers to tempt him into a mistake.

To elaborate I think.. and I am not entirely sure... that it went something like Botham, Gilchrist, Astle... possibly or at least something like that :)

ahh ok thanks puddleduck :)

i remember Astles one very well of course being a kiwi too :)

ok i see Mohammed's weakness, he lunges too far and too hard with his hands at the spin of Kaneria, that will be the way to get him.

Great 50 by Lara. Standing ovation from the Pakistani crowd. We love ya, now get out.

hahahah :)

cmon you know Inzi will get 50 more than Lara to make a comeback statement to the world :)

:hpraise

you are sensing what i am.... BIG hundred

Amazing how with the team in serious trouble, and with himself not having been in the best of form he comes out with yet another superb knock like this to keep his country in the game. IF (and it's a big if :p ) he goes on and gets a big score from here, it will be another in the long line of superb Lara knocks. He does play spin exceptionally well, and whilst he has a long way to go to get the Windies out of this hole, there isn't really anyone in the Pakistan bowling attack that you feel will cause him too many problems...

...

waits for Puddles legendary post of death to take affect

See... I seem to be more deadly than most bowling attacks at the moment :p

I appear to be getting quicker as well!

i blame you puddles :D

going to be real interesting to watch how Dave Mohammed plays this could be some master blasting coming up

Would have thought Lara would have go on to make a biggie like he usually does one he gets a start. Very good bowling by Pakistan so far.

well this is going to be interesting, all the bowlers look like they are on top because of the conditions. I am pleased that Taylor is bowling well in the test match, now the Windies just need to get some consistency going.

From what I saw in the morning session for about half an hour, the conditions looked really foggy to me,from what I saw on my TV the visiblity looked poor, maybe that has something to do with the top order WI batsmen struggling to spot the ball? In any case I wouldnt take the credit away from the Pakistani bowlers, they did an awesome job especially after the way Gayle started.

i was hearing the commentary and one of the guys said if pakistan would like to get their average score on this pitch and he said around 500 - 600. i was like woah. if they get anything more then 306 (100 lead) it will be hard for west indies
