cricket 2005 is better in graphics and all other aspects........i have ewatched blic its AI IS NILLLLLLLLLLLLL............blic is worse in graphics ..................ball takes 3 seconds to reach us ...............its all nilllllllll

BLIC 2K5 is for arcade gamers

Even BLC 99 had worse graphics,AI was also worse,u can hit every ball for six,no wides,no noballs but then why did it become a huge hit.Still now most people rate it as the best cricket game.BEcause it was so much fun to play the game with fluid batting and bowling.After patching it became a more better game.

THis is the same case with BLIC2005.wait for some patches and enjoy the game.Don't play the boring C2005 for god sake.

And coming to graphics,graphics in BLIC2005 are hundred times better than c2005 due to the realistic faces,decent player models it has.If u don't belive me go and see sachin or youhana in c2005?What were the developers smoking when they created those ugly faces?

I agree with you on your last comment^^^^ But for all non-asian players the faces are much better on C2005. Mahesh I have seen you on these forums for the past few days flaming c2005 and the people who like it. So i have an idea that would make us all happy. Why don't you crawl away back into your BLIC forum hole. Either that or stop flaming the game. Ok you can say its bad once or twice but not in every post. Thank You

i can only say, i agree with Cowburn199.
i've bought c2005 days ago, i was thinking to buy BLIC too in this time, but after playing it, there was no use of buying BLIC. try tutsis patch and some other downloads and you will feel that C2005 is quite realistic. many members here taught, that BLIC will be the best game, but after both game were out..... see the download section and decide yourself which game is played at the most of the members here.

Yes if u see both the game's download sections then i have to admit that cricket 2005 is better than BLIC 2005 and most people play it.
I can hardly see any posts in BLIC download section.

C2k5 is just easier to edit although on download popularity it definitely has the edge at the moment.

i think it will be too in the future. the most members here thought BLIC would be fantastic, but the result says for me an other side. i know colin you "don't like" EA and were a fan of BLIC by the first posts which i have seen, but you play it, although you said you will never buy it... its only my opinion, if someone think BLIC is even better - there's no problem

it's essentially like this

0.1 Maharoof to Sehwag, no run, full outside off, driven to mid off.
0.2 Maharoof to Sehwag, FOUR, full on off, smacked past mid off.
0.3 Maharoof to Sehwag, no run, good yorker, well defended.
0.4 Maharoof to Sehwag, FOUR, pitched up outside the off, hammered past mid off.
0.5 Maharoof to Sehwag, (noball) FOUR, pitched up outside the off stump
and Sehwag powers it away through covers, excellent timing and
placement.
0.5 Maharoof to Sehwag, FOUR, pitched up outside off, another one to the long off fence.
0.6 Maharoof to Sehwag, FOUR, good grief another ball too full outside off.

and that's not really a fault of his doing as such, as he is releasing new updates, it's early days after all, but he shouldn't be required to make the game barely passable.

IMO the game is fine as it is. In my current test at the end of the first session Sri Lanka are 80/0. Sounds realistic to me.

Cant get into blic at all. Played it once and havent since the day of release.

Yeah guys I also have both full versions and definately BLIC is way ahead !!! Just some AI tweaking and the best game ever is in the hands !!!

God almighty, how many of these threads are there going to be?
It's all down to personal opinion. I don't give a monkeys if so-and-so prefers BLIC and Joe Bloggs prefers c2005; each to his own I say. But do we
have to have so many pointless threads saying 'BLIC owns C2002', or 'C2005 vs BLIC' or 'I took C2005 back, here's why...'?
Just play whatever game you prefer and stop banging on about how poor the other one is, please .
