What's the best difficulty setting for realistic AI batting?

This far I'm finding the best AI experience at legendary difficulty on one day matches in terms of scoring rate, realistic number of edges and shot piercing the infield, however its very tough to take wickets.

What's everyone settling on for AI difficulty?

Does the batting slider effect the ai or just the human player.


I need more egdes.


To get more wickets you can change the ai slider at the top wicket chance up a bit

More edges? My first match there were about 6 caught behinds per innings, and add a few to the splits too.

I toned down edges for the humans in the slider to somewhere between easy and medium (vanilla medium i made 120....) and it seems better so far. I turned down the wicket chance in the veteran AI from 50 to 40. Let's see if that max a difference. Bowling difficulty hard....

Yeah it depends what mode you're playing if you need more edges.

I have some matches where there are two or three edges an over which race for four, often along the carpet. Which has got me thinking - are they edges? I’m real cricket many good shots race behind point. Maybe they just need to alter the audio.
