Alastair Cook

He is the person to score my second ever highest score of 679 in which he helped us win the series against Australia in 2012/2013(think) He currently has an average of 42.31 in tests(42.64 in FC) and 30.49 in ODI's(31.26 in One Day)He has scored 15,608 runs in 203 matches, 393 innings, and has hit 34 100's and 83 50's in FC and 5,119 runs in 65 matches, 127 innings, and has hit 8 100's and 27 50's in Test Matches. In One Day games he has scored 4,721 runs in 157 Matches, 156 innings, and has hit 3 100's and 33 50's. In ODI's he has scored 1,067 runs in 35 matches, 35 innings, and has hit 1 100(108) and 6 50's.

He is a very useful player to have for your test qsuad but not so much for your ODI squad.

In ICC 2005 I used Aaron Laraman as an allrounder. Played well, outperforming Flintoff every so often. I'm not sure what he's like on ICC 06.
