Who should coach India?

The search for coach for Indian team is going on since the time Chappel announced he will no longer continue with this post.
Ther have been meetings between board members and have even appoinnted committee for disussion on this. But no output. Dav Whatmore almost became the coach but he is now in NCA.
So who do you think should be next man to coach India or should we continue with having Manager for each tours with Venky and Robin incharge of there fields?
