Has anyone had a good english regen keeper? im in 2029 and the best one at the mo has a FC average of 35 and thats the best theres been, i also struggle with all-rounders i get some that are alright county level but cant make the step up.

i had no good keepers for years but finally just got one, made his first class dabue in 2015 i think but hes avg just above 40 in test

Just keep giving them tech coaching.I did it with Carlton Baugh and he's ace now scored 160 against India.

Finally got a good youth keeper, just got picked for england. i just hope this form continues!

As the game goes on it gets harder to get a keeper averaging more than mid 30's in tests. Also, they all seem to start off really well before dropping off alarmingly, meaning you have to look elsewhere.

I'm in 2080 something and I think I've had one keeper averaging over 40 since 2020.

Yeah. I generally find getting Good Keepers and All rounders very difficult.

My best keeper is in another thread but I do not think it is to hard to get a good keeper and if it is too hard then just use a batsman and make him keeper.

they are very very rare, but i have got one. only one in all my time of playing.

i am in 2018 and it has got to the stage where i dont play a keeper and just put a batsman to keep. they concede some byes but its not usually that bad.
you never find any re-gens in the same class as sangakarra or gilchrist batting wise. you do well to get somebody with a FC average of 35 after around 40games.

im in 2078 now and ive never seen 1. the batsmen on my game hav really gone down hill. i hav the best batsmen on the game and he only averages 51. bout 4 seasons ago we averaged 63 so hes really gone down hill lol. certainly a bowlers game now. my keeper averages 28 and he has the best average by a mile compared 2 every1 else
