Windows 98 crash

I don't ask for help often, but this time it's big....

Cricket 2004 crashes without a warning to my desktop, after the black screen (which follows the Cricket 2004 splash screen).....

I have Windows 98 Second edition, fully updated with windows update, except for the language patches which are there for preferences and are not a necessity....


I'll be happy to provide more information, as without this fix, my kits will come to a screeching hault .....

What have you changed from when it was working before?

It wasn't working to start off with........


I came to India just a short while back, and used a Windows XP when in the US. The game should be compatible with Windows 98.....but isn't working......


My graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420 (it is a 64mb card).....

My PC has 256mb of RAM and an Intel Pentium 4 Processor
