I think they were born in England then moved to Australia when they were young.

Born on the Isle Of Man (not part of the UK), and moved to Manchester when they were very young. Manchester was where their father was from. The family emigrated to Australia some time in the 50s, and then the Bee Gees came back to England in the late 60s.
