To have more players in the fray am reducing minimum number of test matches to 40.

The only criteria is the player must have played at least 40 test matches.

I agree with what Samuels is saying. If you allow this thing then no one will win against WI for sure.

FC league should have FC players. Make it like a player must have played 50 FC matches and you know by that you will have a large pool.

All the teams have equal opportunity to get overseas players.
Before the drafts each team needs to announce one star player from the club other than that, no restriction on getting any players.
Player selection will be based on drafts so any team can get any player.

Even in real life Kallicharran played for Transvaal club.

For a good cricketer, wont a bowling average be less? Isn't it calculated by number of runs given by him divided by the wickets taken?

So very good bowlers like Glenn McGrath (21.64) will have a lesser rating than Ravindra Jadeja (30.37)???...

in bowling the lesser the average, the better the player is.
