Cricket Leagues - Support and Advice

I want to start a league, but no idea coming to my mind. I mean that I have no theme to for a league.
I want that the league should be a league in which managers (who play that league) pay some v cash (say 5000 v cash) and this v cash could be used to either award the total sum to the winner or used for some other purpose.
Anyone, any idea ?

You have to first join some leagues and gain some experience to start a league.If you are too good and confident to do this, then listen:

1.You will not have enough signups when you ask to pay some vcash to join the league.

2.Most of the managers dont join the league to gain money (vcash) but join to have some fun,etc....

3.If you are running a fantasy league then you have to decide how to have players selection either by drafts or auction.And should run it successfully to start the league matches

If you are confident about all the above points ,then you are free to start a league.

Auction is a way of player selection, in which some players are put in a group and we the team managers have to bid for them, the one who has the highest bid for an individual player in a limited amount of time gets that player. The leagues have either drafts or auctions but drafts are preferred to the new league managers as auctions are a bit complicated but you will start understanding them eventually.

How to get people to join my league? I notice other leagues are done in a few days but mine, waiting, waiting and it just annoys me. I've tried to make it attractive.

Here is an old idea to make your presentation more attractive. Your can use this overlay to display scores.
I found many of such in the Stories Section here, but they are out-dated.

Just make a 640*480 image.
Paste the batsman's/bowler's image.
Open the psd.
Type all your values.
