How to take screen shots In Cricket Coach?

Hello all, title says it all I suppose. I have a fully licensed version of Fraps (yes, I bought it, thank you!) but can't get it to start up in Cricket Coach. Any ideas? or is there another way to take screenies. I am interested in doing a story with this excellent game (I love stats!) and want to show off what people are missing with this great game!

If you have update 3.10 or later then you just hold the left shift and press F8. It will send the screenshot to a folder named 'output' in your My Docs > Cricket Coach 2009 folder.
