Prize money.

Last Night the ICC Anounced the prize for winning the ICC Champions Trophy. They annouced a whopping ?500,000 pounds for the winners and a just as impressive ?250,000 for the runners up. They also did the draw for the proceedings after group stagesand made some annoucements:
Winner of Group A will play Winner of Group D
Winner of Group B will play Winner of Group C
*Same for the runners up Trophy.

This means that Pakistan could play India in a thrilling contest but furthermore that the winner of Group A could draw a non test playing nation like Canada.

ICC Champions Trophy 2005 - Update
A must win game for England (user) if they wish to continue there run in this 'ICC Champions Trophy'. They lost the toss but suprisingly were put into bat on what seemed to be a good batting wicket. England ogt of to a steady start scoring at 4 an over without any real acceleration untill the 40th over. With 8 wickets in hand 250 seemd the viable target but good bowling by the Zimbabwean spinners ensure England (user) a lead of 235 leaving Zimbabwe's side 236 to win for 50 overs.

M.Tresocthic top scored with his century but had liitle support although he share vaulable partnerships with G.Jones and A.Strauss. M.Trescothic is currently a strong candidate for man of the match decided at the end of the contest.

Highlights of the England innings:
G.Jones look to continue his great form from the India match against Zimbabwe by hiiting these 2 boundaries.

Jones still hitting boundaries gives his wicket away by missing a straight forward drive.

M.Vaughan comes a go's after trying to hit he spinner back over his head.

M.Trescothic hits a typical Trescothic boundary and looks in magnificant form.

M.Trescothic reaches a beautiful century which turns out to be the back bone of the English innings.
