The story wont have any updates till 12th January, 2010 as I have my exams.
It will continue after that.

Sorry for the inconvenience

Hey guys, my exams are now over and I am absolutely free now.

Expect some nice updates from now!;)

Indians and South Africans practice hard before the second ODI at Kolkata

The Indian team was practising hard for the 2nd ODI to be held at Kolkata.
Yuvraj Singh and Virat Kohli had an extended batting session. Zaheer, Yusuf Pathan and Praveen Kumar had a nice hand bowling too.

Virat Kohli was timing the ball pretty well. However, Yuvraj Singh seemed to be in some trouble.

Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir and Sachin Tendulkar took a day's rest.

Ravindra Jadeja had a nice fielding session.

Harbhajan Singh injured his shoulder while bowling to Yuvraj Singh. There is a suspense whether he will be playing the second ODI or not.

The South Africans were practising fielding more rather than batting and bowling. Graeme Smith, Robin Peterson, AB de Villiers and Hashim Amla were doing the fielding practise. However, Herschelle Gibbs, JP Duminy and Jack Kallis were having a nice day with the bat in the nets.
Johan Botha looked in superb bowling form in the nets.

Discouraging Response:

I have noticed that my story hasn't been getting the response it deserves. Some other stories (I dont wish to mention) get nice responses just because of some specific reasons. I takes at least 30 -45 minutes for an update, and when there are no readers, it discourages. Also, I have deleted Cricket 07 by mistake and cant find any other reliable and attractive simulator.

For all the above reasons, I have decided to bring an end to this story.

People can enjoy and participate in my other story (competition), Stick Cricket: PlanetCricket Batsman of the Week

I request the Administrators / Moderators to close or delete this thread.

Thanks a lot.

The response factor is no reason to stop a story as far as I'm concerned.

Sad end dude. Actually it depends on your thinking what you think about members response. Sometimes if you do good stuff members cant be far away from your story. Nonetheless this story was a good one hope you continue your story which is based on stickcricket.

And see my story's first two pages. I haven't waited for any comments. I just posted updates and that is the main reason for my success. Use cricsim. Continue. I guess you'll get what you want.
