The 1st Pre-Season match is the Pies against the Crows and I Might do that tonight if i can. Hopefully someone will take the Pies. Oh is the best way to do this comp by making a new career for every team that is coached? Cause I cant choose the other teams squads by using one career.

I'd say the best way to do this would be through practice matches. You can play practice matches with the team of your choice. Just choose the two sides that will be facing, and use the team's that the member gives you. And then just, post the results, stats, and scores.

Yeah thats a good idea but what about the Ladder? or should i just do this, eg: Say I won 1 match with the Saints, OffCutters-1? And at the end of the season ( 22 matches after) whoever wins the most matches is the order of the ladder? Is that a good idea or a crap one? Oh and on 2nd thought i`m not doing Pre-Season, because if someone gets knocked out they`ve gotta wait till the Pre-Season is over so that wouldnt be that fun so yeah. Oh say we have only 6 people like right now, do you want me to do a 6-team comp? and the Top 4 make finals?

It will be difficult to do a ladder yeah. Maybe just by the season end, the team with the most wins are on top. Or even, search google and search how they do the real AFL Ladder, and following that, try and make up a accurate ladder for the matches that we play. I can help out, if needed.

How will you be able to do a season? Won't you be forced to play all the matches as practice matches only, thus there will be no training, injuries, reports or player development? This might not work as planned. Oh well - here's my squad anyway

The theory behind this team is I want to improve my youth players to become a far better side. I am playing a lot of youth (Watts, Jurrah, Valenti, Maric, Martin, Wonaeamirri, Cheney, etc.) to try and build up the squad. Not expecting a win but I'll be happy to have a solid game.

Stefan Martin will be the second choice ruckman.
