Becoming national captain

Just a quick question, I couldn't find this in the forums but apologies if I missed it:

When you are managing a county on 'full game', what do you have to achieve to be offered captaincy of your country.

Obviously winning the championship, but what else? Is it only after a few years, or can it happen after one great season?

Just curious...

You don't have to win the championship. I just got it after winning the Challenge trophy, second in the Pro40, promotion in CC and QF in T20.

I'm guessing that there's some sort of points system involved, and you get it after a certain level is reached.

It's pretty easy to be national champion. As long as your not last in D2 you will probably be offered a contract.
