There is actually a rule against this. If a team does use such underhand tactics and take too long to announce what their pitch type is, we will penalise them.
I can't remember if there is supposed to be a separate deadline for pitches and lineups, but I'll probably implement that from the next round. As for this round, do this and you will be penalised.
Well that's the definition of stupid. You set a deadline so we aren't breaking any rules, just being smart. When we have an away game the other teams are able to use the same advantage..
And I haven't heard any such word about a 'pitch deadline' you are just bringing it in now because Dooblin outsmarted ya.

Yes, this was abused in an earlier season, hence the rules coming in. You aren't Einstein for thinking this up Biggy.

And that's why I say get your pitch in soon and well before the deadline or there will be repercussions.
And starting next round there will probably be a deadline for pitch types, because this season pitches matter far more than they did in the prior two seasons, and can literally be the deciding factor in a match.
That's my final word on this. I've noticed CC and BB have yet to get their pitch types in as well, and I'll make sure they do it.

Well then you should have a rules thread or actually say something about it.. I bet if I hadn't mentioned it you wouldn't have said ████ about it. And I never claimed to be Einstein, or anything of the sort either, so don't be a tool about it.
