Nope. It can't be done from technical point of view. If it could've been done, then also we won't allow that as it will be unfair to other members who selected their team beforehand.
How is it unfair to others>?
Suppose someone chose a player who got injured an hour before the start of play. If we were to open it now, you could get away with not choosing the player but the other guy would still have that player in his team.

I understand what you are saying. The match starts at 2:30 IST and the regular closing time for any event would be 1 hr prior to the event commencement. In this game, it is 1:30 PM IST. The fantasy cricket doesn't allow us to set an odd time like 30 mins, 15 mins, 45 mins etc.. . We have to go with round figure which is 1PM.
You're right, but you could've closed it at 2 PM IST.
Toss time.
I've always closed it at the closest round figure. I think it's much more convenient, especially if you forgot to sub someone, and want to do it at the last minute.
